Bosch Rexroth acquire the Swedish engineering firm Hägglunds Drive

Thomas Klein, director of the division specialized in industrial engineering solutions of high Bosch technology, holds that the firm is focused on the development of sustainable solutions.

He specified that the acquire of the Swedish company Hägglunds, specialized in hydraulic systems, pneumatics and electrical controls with lineal and assemble technology, concreted on December 2008, amplifies the expectations of high level business and industrial development as energy sources and the petroleum industry.

The directive of Bosch Rexroth held that the Rexroth operation in Mexico is particularly relevant in the automotive industry, since represent 35% of the sales, followed by the metal-mechanic one with 24% and food and packing with 15%, while the remaining 26% is distributed on several manufacturer branches.

Klein manifested that the growing expectations of the division keep it balance, because this sector hasn’t been medullary damaged by the global economic crisis, keeping stable its technical and human resources technical potential, above all with reference to the automotive productive systems where the basis of engineering register a 166% growth in 2009.
