We want to expand our operation area aven more¨.
Bosch, has always being charachterized by not only offering the necessary pieces, but also diagnostics equipements, as well as count with a Trainig Center, which is ideal to train about new technologies. For example, all related to diesel, increasing segment in a national and international level.
To emphasize on this, Robert Bosch launched the concept Bosch Service Excellence, which is directed to ¨improve and bring more work to the Service Centers¨ so they offer excellent services to the clients. To achieve this goal, now Bosch will have an extern auditorium with worldwide experience to check and inspectionate all the service network. This action benefits all the technicians, whom receive a detailed report of the strongest areas and business opportunities.
Since 2010 will be applied the new questionary under the concept ¨Bosch Service Excellence¨, which means that the network will have more recognizion in the Market, just as Nissan Mexicana, which is going to receive support from the Diesel Bosch Service Network to diagnose and on the necessary case, repair the modern diesel systems.
